Q: Where’s my order?
A: In general, our orders take 3-5 business days to ship out. If you haven’t received tracking details within that time, please contact contact@goldencaskbourbon.com immediately. There might have been an issue with your order, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Q: Why is shipping more expensive than other things I order online?
A: We all want next-day delivery for free, but unfortunately, shipping alcohol comes with additional costs and regulations. At Golden Cask Bourbon, we strive to maintain the lowest flat-rate shipping options available, but shipping bourbon is more expensive than sending a standard suitcase.

Q: Why does it take so long to get my order?
A: We work with multiple shipping and fulfillment partners to provide an extensive selection for Golden Cask Bourbon customers. Unfortunately, this means things may not always move as quickly as we’d like. These premium spirits took years to craft, and we hope you don’t mind a few extra days to receive them! If you need a time-sensitive shipment, please contact contact@goldencaskbourbon.com. We never want to miss a special occasion.

Q: I ordered a bottle but just saw something else I’d like to add. Can I do that?
A: Absolutely! Please email contact@goldencaskbourbon.com to have orders combined or additional items added to an existing order. We know we’re always releasing new products, and as long as your order hasn’t shipped, we’d be happy to include extra bottles for you.
